Ordering through our website is easy. Add the desired products to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout process using the indicated buttons. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as it may occasionally end up there.

If you do not receive an email after a few minutes, it is possible that an incorrect email address was entered or that there is a technical issue. In that case, please contact our customer service via the contact page or send us an email including your name, the date and time of the order, and the products you ordered. We will then send you the confirmation manually.

No, you can place an order with or without creating an account.

Creating an account does offer several advantages, such as:

  • faster checkout for future orders

  • the option to initiate a return or refund

Once your order has been placed, it is automatically processed. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly see what is possible. In case of cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded as quickly as possible via our payment provider. Refunds are usually processed on the next working day. We use Mollie as our payment provider.
