Spirulysat

Spirulina is cultivated on the Guérande peninsula in Assérac. The culture medium contains up to 50% seawater, enriched with marine minerals and trace elements. Spirulysat is produced through spirulina extraction without heat, ensuring nutrients and active molecules are preserved. This liquid extract of fresh spirulina allows hydrophilic molecules to be kept in their original form. Unlike dried spirulina, these molecules in Spirulysat retain their quaternary structure, preserving their biological properties.
