Returns & Refunds

By law, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. At FinalVit, we extend this period and allow 30 days to register a return.

  • Supplements can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and fully sealed
  • Opened or used products cannot be accepted due to hygiene and food safety regulations
  • You may inspect the outer packaging and read the product information
  • Incorrectly ordered products may be returned if unopened
  • Allergic reactions are not covered by the return policy
  • Disliking the taste of a product is not a valid reason for return
  • Customs duties and import charges are never refunded

If you believe there is a genuine issue with a product after opening, please take a clear photo and email it with your explanation to service@finalvit.com. We always aim to resolve matters fairly and together.

How to return a product

  1. Always register your return in advance via the return form on this page or by contacting our customer service by email
  2. After registration, you will receive the return instructions and return address by email
  3. Send the package using a carrier of your choice
  4. Once your return has been received and inspected, the full purchase amount will be refunded
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

 

Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days, depending on the payment provider

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Returns that are not registered in advance may result in delayed processing.
