Directions for use
Take approximately 30 cm of dental floss and wrap it around your fingers for control. Gently move the floss between the teeth and along the gum line for a thorough cleaning.
Take about 50 centimeters of floss from the roll and roll it around your thumb. Floss gently between your teeth.
