Fermented Skate Liver Oil – Skate Liver Oil Green Pasture is a fish oil obtained from the liver of skate, a cartilaginous fish from cold waters such as the Bering Sea. This oil is produced through a traditional fermentation process, which preserves the oil’s natural composition. Blue Ice® Fermented Skate Liver Oil is now simply called Fermented Skate Liver Oil.
The oil naturally contains fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamins A and D. The fermentation process creates a product that aligns with traditional fish oil production methods. The addition of natural orange oil provides a milder flavor, making the oil easier to use.
Fermented Skate Liver Oil comes in liquid form and can easily be incorporated into a daily routine. The product is suitable for those who choose a fish oil with a traditional origin and a simple composition.
Take ½ teaspoon (approx. 2 ml) daily, preferably with a meal or as advised.
