Unless otherwise advised: Shake the bottle before use. Take 1 to 1.5 tablespoons (15-20 ml) of mouthwash into your mouth. Move the mixture for 10 to 20 minutes pulling, slurping and pushing it through your mouth, along the teeth and gums. The bacteria on the teeth, between the teeth and (under) the gums will be attracted and bound to the oil. The longer this process of pushing and pulling the oil is continued, the more bacteria can adhere to the oil. Oil pulling is complete when the oil has turned into a white, milky substance after 10 to 20 minutes. Do NOT swallow the oil, but spit it out.
